By using the ميــنا website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing dental supplies through our online store in Syria.

1.Acceptance of Terms

These terms form an agreement between you and ميــنا. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website or place orders. We may update these terms from time to time; the last updated date is shown at the top of this page.

2.Product Information and Pricing

We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices for products and packages. Unintentional errors in description, availability, or pricing may occur.
Prices may be shown in Syrian pounds and/or US dollars depending on site display settings, and may change without prior notice before an order is confirmed.
Products are intended for professional or educational use in dentistry in accordance with manufacturer instructions and local laws.

3.Order Process and Payment

Submitting an order through the site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or modify an order (for example, due to stock shortages or an obvious pricing error).
Payment may be collected on delivery (cash) in SYP or USD as indicated at checkout, unless another method is arranged with support. Orders shipped to other governorates are paid before shipping.
You must provide accurate details (name, phone, address). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

4.Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Syria to the governorates and areas we serve. Delivery times may vary by location and logistics conditions.
Shipping to other governorates: payment is due before we ship. If there is a mistake with the order (wrong, damaged, or missing item), we refund you and cover the refund costs ourselves.
Delivery fees or free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout or communicated through our official channels.
If we cannot reach you at the stated address or phone number, delivery may be delayed or the order cancelled under our operating policy.
Risk of damage in transit generally passes to you upon delivery, unless a fault is proven on the part of the courier or us under applicable procedures.

5.Returns and Refunds

Damaged, wrong, or missing items: tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We replace it or refund in full, with no delivery cost to you.
Change of mind or size: within 24 hours of delivery, if the product is new, in its original packaging, with the seal intact. You cover the delivery cost.
Opened products are not returnable: any product whose packaging or seal has been opened can't be returned, for health reasons and because it can't be resold, unless it arrived damaged or wrong. Special orders are also non-returnable.
How: message us on WhatsApp before sending anything back. Once we receive and inspect it, we replace it or refund within 3 business days.
Refunds are made in the currency and amount shown on your invoice, or as store credit if you prefer.

6.Product Warranties

Any product warranty is as provided by the manufacturer, if any, and as stated on the product page. We do not offer additional warranties beyond what is expressly stated, except where required by applicable law in Syria.

7.User Responsibilities

Use the website lawfully and without attempting to harm or misuse it.
Do not submit misleading information or fraudulent orders.
Confirm that products suit your professional or educational needs before purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ميــنا is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products, including loss of profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any order is generally limited to the value of that order, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
